Ayuda Scout ("the App") is a Scouting educational mobile application developed by Tanxe ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your information when you use the App on Android and iOS.

  2. 1 Account information (optional) If you choose to create an account or log in, we collect:

Name and email — provided by Google Sign-In or Facebook Login Profile photo — provided by authentication provider User ID — generated by Firebase Authentication to identify your account We do not collect or store passwords. Authentication is managed through Google's Firebase Authentication.

  1. 2 Usage and progress data Learning progress — items learned, XP points, level, streak of days Quiz statistics — answers, percentage of correct answers, categories Favorites — items marked as favorites Preferences — light/dark theme and other settings
  2. 3 Analysis and diagnostic data To understand the use of the App and correct errors, we automatically collect through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics:

Usage events (screens viewed, functions used), in aggregate Device model, operating system version and App version Failure and error reports (technical crash logs) Firebase generated installation IDs

  1. 4 Advertising data Through Google AdMob you can automatically collect:

Device Advertising Identifier (Advertising ID / IDFA) Device type and operating system IP address (approximate/anonymous) Interactions with ads On iOS devices, before using the advertising identifier, we ask for your consent through Apple's App Tracking Transparency dialog. You can accept or reject this tracking, and change your decision at any time from Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

  1. Storage, security and conservation Account and sync data are stored in Firebase (Google Cloud), which complies with international security standards. Local data is only saved on your device using local storage (Hive / SharedPreferences). We retain your data as long as you maintain an active account. If you delete your account, the associated data is deleted from our servers. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for purposes other than those described in this policy.

  2. International transfers Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country (for example, on Google infrastructure). These providers apply internationally recognized protection measures for data processing.

  3. Use without account The App can be used without creating an account. In this case, progress data is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers. Advertising and analytics services may continue to work depending on your settings.

  4. Device permissions The App can request the following permissions, always for a specific purpose:

Camera/Flashlight — To activate the flash (flashlight function and visual SOS whistle). No photographs are taken or stored. Location — For camping map and compass. Your location history is not stored. Sensors (accelerometer/compass) — For compass and level. Internet — For synchronization, advertising, authentication and analysis. Vibration — For SOS whistle function. Notifications — To send you reminders. You can deactivate them at any time. You can revoke any of these permissions from your device settings at any time.

  1. Minors The App is designed for scouts of all ages. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13 years of age without the consent of their parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

  2. Your rights You have the right to:

  1. Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page and, in case of significant changes, we will notify you through the App.
